6 Years Old to Adult - 60 Minute Class

Ballet is a highly recommended class for all dancers because it is the basis of all forms of dance. It integrates body alignment, control and grace through movement. It teaches correct posture, proper carriage, and poise.

Dance Attire: Leotard, tights or leggings, shorts or skirt, pink canvas ballet shoes (boys black).

7 Years Old to Adult - 30 Minute Class

Lyrical encompasses the basic forms of ballet, jazz and modern. Lyrics of the songs are depicted through facial expressions, level changes, and creative movements. The student MUST have at least one year of ballet training and enrolled concurrently in a ballet class.

Dance Attire: Leotard, tights or leggings, shorts or skirt, lyrical half sole shoes.
